SHIPPING
The price of goods shown on the website is inclusive of vat but doesnt include shipping charges.
Please note that the shipping cost is a flat rate of £7.95 for the UK Mainland only. If you live outside of the UK Mainland please call us and we will provide you with alternative shipping costs
The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, will be displayed in the your shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
After your have placed your order we will confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods together with information on the right to cancel if the Buyer is a Consumer.
Payment of the price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.
DELIVERY
Goods supplied within the mainland UK will normally be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of acceptance of order.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Please inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and notify us by telephone or email within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If you fail to do so within this time we have the right to acknowledge you to have accepted the Goods.
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing us by telephone or email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.
Goods supplied within the mainland UK will normally be dispatched within 4 to 5 working days of acceptance of order.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to your fault the you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
